Our villa is situated just 300 meters from the sea and only a few minutes’ walk to the beach, restaurants, and local grocery stores. Local buses and taxis are readily available, along with boat taxis and various excursions nearby. The road to the villa is paved; however, please be aware that it is steep and may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues. Due to the pool layout, location, and other factors, please understand that the villa is not suitable for small children.

Check-out time is 10:00 am. If you have a later departing flight, we can certainly accommodate storing your luggage.
Our minimum stay requirement is 4 nights.
We love pets, but we kindly ask that you restrict your stay to one small dog and contact us for prior approval. We have a friendly West Highland Terrier who resides with us in the fenced private area below the villa.
We offer free secure parking for up to 2 cars.
Montenegro has two international airports. Tivat (TIV) is the closest airport, located just 13 km away, while Podgorica Airport (TGD) is 84 km away.
There are three grocery stores within walking distance of the villa. The closest is Dado Mini Market, which is less than a five-minute walk or 400 meters away.
Montenegro features some of the most beautiful beaches along the stunning Adriatic coast. Always bring water shoes, as the beaches can be rocky.
Montenegro has three ferry ports: Budva, Bar, and Kotor. Ferries to Montenegro operate from Bari and Ancona in Italy, as well as from Dubrovnik, Croatia.
