If you own a vacation rental in the municipality of Kotor, you may have been very frustrated with the in-person process for your guests to register and pay the mandatory tourist tax. Thankfully, the Kotor Tourism Office has just introduced a new online system for property owners to register their guests.

The Tourism Organization of Kotor is launching a new free mobile app – eBoravak – Volim Kotor, which allows accommodation providers to digitally register guests and calculate the tourist tax.

How to get started?
- Prepare two documents: the accommodation registration certificate and a power of attorney (if you manage the accommodation on behalf of the owner).
- Visit the Tourism Organization of Kotor, where staff will enter your details and create a user account.
- Within a few minutes, you’ll receive a username and a temporary password.
- Download the eBoravak – Volim Kotor app from the Google Play or App Store.
Log in, change your password – and you’re ready to register your first guest.
What do you get by using the app?
Fast guest registration
Instead of going to the tourist office, simply scan the passport with your phone’s camera. The app automatically fills in the details – you just confirm the entry.
Automatic tourist tax calculation
The system automatically calculates the amounts and generates reports. Payments are made twice a month – no hassle, no calculations.
Digital confirmation for guests
You can immediately send the registration confirmation to the guest via Viber, WhatsApp, or email – as a PDF document.
Remote management
If you are not present, you can authorize someone else to manage the accommodation. The app allows you to monitor their work in real time.

Call to book your slot for submitting of the request at the Tourism Organization of Kotor (Skaljari, former Jugopetrol building, TO Kotor’s main office) between 08:00 and 12:00 and start using the eBoravak – Volim Kotor app.
